Unauthenticated RCE via unvalidated numeric configuration values

Code injection in leiweibau Pi.Alert before 2026-05-07 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary Python code through SaveConfigFile(). The endpoint writes unvalidated numeric configuration values into pialert.conf, which the cron-launched backend executes with Python exec() every three to five minutes. Default installations disable web protection, so no credentials are required; injected code runs as the operating-system account for the Pi.Alert backend.
