User redirection via unvalidated session back URL

Open redirect in Grokability Snipe-IT before 8.4.1 allows remote authenticated users to redirect other users to malicious sites. Helper::getRedirectOption pulls an unvalidated back_url session value derived from the HTTP Referer and passes it to redirect()->to. Exploitation requires poisoning the victim's session and inducing the victim to save an edited record with the redirect option set to back.
