Stack-based buffer overflow in the Microsoft Windows DHCP Client allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via network traffic. Microsoft has disclosed only that the DHCP Client contains a stack-based overflow; no packet field, parsing routine, or faulty copy operation is public. Exploitation requires no privileges or user interaction and can fully compromise confidentiality, integrity, and availability on an affected Windows host.
