Authenticated code execution via pagination prototype pollution
Published Jun 23, 2026 · Updated Jun 23, 2026
Prototype pollution in the n8n HTTP Request node before 1.123.43, 2.20.7, and 2.22.1 allows remote authenticated users to enable code execution. The HTTP Request node fails to validate a pagination parameter, allowing attacker-controlled input to modify global object-prototype attributes. Workflow creation or modification permission is required, and code execution depends on chaining the pollution with other techniques.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
