Extraction-root escape via unchecked directory entry paths

Path traversal in SharpCompress 0.47.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to escape an extraction root through a malicious ZIP or TAR archive. The sync and async directory-entry branches combine the destination with entry.Key and create the resulting directory without canonicalizing it or checking root bounds. An application must call WriteToDirectory on an untrusted non-solid ZIP or TAR; ZIP permits outside-root directory creation, while TAR permits file writes when a SymbolicLinkHandler follows an unchecked link target.
