Process crash via unchecked USDT note sizes

Denial of service in Inspektor Gadget 0.28.0 through 0.53.0 allows attackers to crash its privileged process via crafted ELF notes. The getUsdtInfo() parser slices undersized descriptors and allocates memory directly from untrusted .note.stapsdt NameSize and DescSize values without bounds. Exploitation requires a custom gadget with a SEC("usdt/...") section targeting a container-controlled library; no shipped gadget uses USDT, and the bounded impact is a process panic or OOM kill.
