Use of hard-coded credentials in YI Technology YI Home Camera 2 2.1.1_20171024151200 allows remote attackers to forge cloud API requests. The home/web/ipc binary passes one compiled .rodata string to HMAC_Init_ex as the HMAC-SHA1 key for every outbound cloud request. An adjacent-network attacker can recover the shared key and generate camera-equivalent signatures, although no successful live backend action was demonstrated.
