Media interception via skipped DTLS fingerprint check

Improper certificate validation in Elixir WebRTC ex_webrtc before 0.15.1 and in 0.16.0 allows attackers to facilitate media interception. In ExWebRTC.DTLSTransport, the active-role handshake completion branch that returns no outgoing packets starts SRTP without comparing the peer certificate fingerprint with the SDP fingerprint. A full man-in-the-middle attack on SRTP media and SCTP-over-DTLS data requires insecure or compromised signalling, or a peer with the same validation gap; standard browser peers with TLS-protected signalling prevent interception.
