Remote OOM via unbounded gzip decompression

Denial of service in Klever-Go before 1.7.17 allows remote attackers to OOM-kill nodes via compressed P2P gossip payloads. Batch.Decompress calls decompressGzip, which reads attacker-controlled gzip data without an inflated-size limit and then unmarshals it while ignoring DataSize. Any anonymous gossip publisher on a MultiDataInterceptor topic can exhaust a validator's memory with one small packet, terminating the node and impairing chain liveness.
