Stored XSS via unencoded attachment filename preview

Stored XSS in Faction Security FACTION before 1.8.3 allows remote authenticated users to run JavaScript via attachment filenames. FileUploadManager persists the untrusted name, concatenates it into preview JSON, and fileinput.js substitutes the caption into HTML attributes without encoding. An attacker needs assessment attachment upload access, and execution occurs when another user opens the affected preview, enabling same-origin actions with that user's privileges.
