Authentication bypass in Faction Security FACTION before 1.8.3 allows remote attackers to read, alter, deactivate, or delete templates. AccessControlInterceptor invokes Struts2 actions without validating the session, and four BoilerPlateConfig methods omit their own session checks. No session or user interaction is required; sequential template identifiers expose private content and permit irreversible deletion.
