Application interruption via unchecked BLE data copies

Stack-based buffer overflows in SimpleBLE before 0.14.0 allow remote attackers to interrupt applications via crafted BLE advertisements. SimpleCBLE's service and manufacturer-data accessors copy attacker-controlled lengths into fixed-size stack buffers, while Dongl's Protocol::simpleble_write accepts data beyond its 512-byte command field. The advertisement paths require only BLE radio range, with no pairing, connection, privileges, or user interaction; the published impact is limited to application availability.
