Worklist server crash via unchecked sequence downcast

Type confusion in OFFIS DCMTK 3.7.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash the wlmscpfs server via a crafted C-FIND query. The worklist data-source code casts a non-sequence element to DcmSequenceOfItems without verifying the wire VR, causing wrong-type virtual dispatch. The path requires Explicit VR, a valid worklist directory and lockfile, and a matching record; single-process mode stops the service, while default fork mode loses only the child.
