CVE-2026-44589Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Internal data disclosure via incomplete URL validation

Published May 14, 2026 · Updated May 14, 2026

Server-side request forgery in Nuxt Modules Nuxt OG Image 6.2.5 through 6.4.8 allows remote attackers to read internal HTTP responses. The imageSrc.js isBlockedUrl() check omits protected IPv6 ranges and validates only the initial URL before $fetch follows redirects. Exploitation requires a production Nuxt application to place attacker-influenced URLs in an OG component; reachable internal response bytes are returned in the rendered image.
