Stored XSS via unescaped denylist regex entries

Stored XSS in CarrierWave before 2.2.7 and 3.0.0.rc through 3.1.2 allows remote attackers to execute script through uploaded SVG files. The content_type_denylist method interpolates string entries into a regular expression without escaping metacharacters, so image/svg+xml fails to match its literal MIME type. Exploitation requires an application to use that denylist, accept the crafted upload, serve it inline from its origin, and have a victim view the file.
