Authenticated arbitrary file write via unsanitized upload filename

Path traversal in Open WebUI before 0.1.124 allows remote authenticated users to write files outside the upload directory. The /rag/api/v1/doc handler joins the multipart filename directly to UPLOAD_DIR and writes the body without rejecting dot-segments. A valid session token and server-process write permission are required; exploitation can replace authorized_keys or plant a malicious model anywhere that process can write.
