Authenticated restricted-model access via unchecked proxy endpoints

Missing authorization in Open WebUI before 0.9.0 allows remote authenticated users to access restricted Ollama models through proxy APIs. The generate_completion, embed, embeddings, and show_model_info handlers accept a user-supplied model name, validate it against the unfiltered model list, and forward it without calling AccessGrants.has_access(). Exploitation requires an Ollama backend, configured model access controls, a verified non-pending account, and knowledge of a restricted model name; it exposes model configurations and consumes restricted compute resources.
