Channel read-write access via ignored active status

Incorrect authorization in Open WebUI before 0.9.0 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter private channel messages. The is_user_channel_member check accepts any persisted ChannelMember row without testing is_active, so removed or departed members pass 15 message endpoint checks. Channels must be enabled, and exploitation requires a valid account, former channel membership, and the channel identifier.
