Unrecoverable process crash via unchecked Upsample input access

Null pointer dereference in ONNX 1.9.0 through 1.21.0 allows local users to crash a consuming process via an untrusted model. Upsample_6_7::adapt_upsample_6_7() indexes node->inputs()[0] without verifying that the Upsample node has an input, producing SIGSEGV in release builds. Exploitation requires a consuming application to pass the malicious model to onnx.version_converter.convert_version(), and the resulting process crash is unrecoverable.
