Internal service access via IPv4-mapped IPv6 proxy bypass

SSRF in Axios before 0.32.0 and 1.0.0 through 1.15.0 allows remote attackers to reach internal services via crafted URLs. shouldBypassProxy strips brackets and trailing dots but fails to convert IPv4-mapped IPv6 hosts before comparing them with IPv4 NO_PROXY entries, so the request remains proxy-routed. Exploitation requires attacker-controlled request URLs, an HTTP or HTTPS proxy, and NO_PROXY exclusions; exposed metadata services can disclose credentials.
