Resource exhaustion via unenforced fetch-adapter size limits

Resource-limit bypass in Axios 1.7.0 through 1.15.x allows remote attackers to exhaust server resources via oversized bodies. The fetch adapter omits maxContentLength and maxBodyLength from request configuration handling, then buffers or transmits bodies without enforcing either finite limit. Exposure requires the fetch adapter and configured finite limits relied upon as a security boundary; the default Node.js HTTP adapter is unaffected.
