UE security-capability corruption via unchecked PathSwitchRequest

Improper protocol validation in Ella Core before 1.10.0 allows attackers to corrupt stored UE security capabilities via a crafted PathSwitchRequest. The NGAP PathSwitchRequest handler accepts the message's UE Security Capabilities without comparing them with locally stored values, then overwrites those values. Reachability requires control of a gNB connected over the N2 interface; one request can corrupt the stored capabilities for any target UE.
