SSRF via unfiltered secondary browser requests
Published May 13, 2026 · Updated May 13, 2026
SSRF in Lookyloo PlaywrightCapture before 1.39.6 allows remote attackers to access local files and non-public network resources. The open_page routing in capture.py lets secondary file, private, loopback, link-local, and .local requests proceed without filtering. Exposure requires capture of an attacker-controlled page, and screenshots, HTML, HAR data, or logs can disclose resource responses.
