Cross-tenant data disclosure via skipped membership check

Authorization bypass in ShellHub before 0.24.2 allows remote authenticated users to read another tenant's namespace data via an API key. The GET /api/namespaces/:tenant handler skips its membership check when X-ID is absent, while API-key authentication never supplies X-ID. An API key for one tenant and a target tenant UUID are sufficient to expose member IDs, e-mail addresses, roles, settings, and device counts across tenant boundaries.
