Cross-tenant session disclosure via unscoped UID lookup
Published May 13, 2026 · Updated May 13, 2026
Authorization bypass in ShellHub before 0.24.2 allows remote authenticated users to read other tenants' SSH session records. GetSession resolves an attacker-supplied session UID with SessionResolve but omits the tenant-scoping InNamespace query option. Any valid account and a victim session UID are required; the response exposes usernames, device identifiers, remote IPs, terminal details, and timestamps.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
