Missing authentication in JetBrains TeamCity On-Premises 2025.11.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to expose server API access. JetBrains has not published the faulty code path or the operation that exposes API endpoints to unauthorized users. Exploitation requires a TeamCity account and either inbound access on nonstandard ports or a build agent colocated with the server.
