Unauthenticated root command execution via firmware upload

Unrestricted file upload in Voltronic Power SNMP Web Pro 1.1 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands as root. The unauthenticated upload.cgi firmware workflow accepts an attacker-controlled tar archive, extracts its unchecked contents under /root, and runs the archive's install.sh with root privileges. A manipulated or invalid session cookie bypasses the login gate, allowing arbitrary executable files to be placed in the CGI directory and invoked remotely.
