Stored XSS via unvalidated Markdown link schemes

Stored XSS in Typemill 2.0.0 through 2.23.0 allows remote authenticated users to run JavaScript when visitors click crafted Markdown links. ParsedownExtension::inlineLink assigns an attacker-controlled href to an anchor without validating its URI scheme, preserving a javascript URI in stored theme content. Theme-configuration access is required, and execution occurs only after a visitor clicks the link, exposing that visitor's session and authenticated actions.
