Local file read via unrestricted resource schemes

Path traversal in Streamlink before 8.4.0 allows remote attackers to read local files through a malicious HLS or DASH manifest. The HLS and DASH parsers pass segment and resource URIs to a worker without restricting their schemes, so file:// entries resolve against the local filesystem. A victim must process an attacker-controlled manifest; readable data is copied only to Streamlink's output sink and is not sent directly to the attacker.
