Host command execution via newline-injected environment names

Command injection in BentoML before 1.4.39 allows remote attackers to execute commands on a build host through a malicious bento archive. The base_v2.j2 Dockerfile template interpolates envs[*].name without escaping or newline validation, turning injected lines into RUN directives. Execution requires a user to import the crafted archive and run bentoml containerize, after which Docker executes the directives in the build environment.
