Host code execution via base-image newline injection

OS command injection in BentoML before 1.4.39 allows remote attackers to execute code on a build host through a malicious Bento configuration. The base_v2.j2 Dockerfile template renders docker.base_image without validation or newline filtering, so extra lines become executable Dockerfile directives. Execution requires a victim to containerize the attacker-supplied Bento, after which injected RUN directives execute with the docker build process's host privileges.
