Unauthenticated job-data disclosure via identifier enumeration
Published May 12, 2026 · Updated May 12, 2026
Authorization bypass in karnop GoJobs through commit 2cc74a78dcf101c089ea209f2aaefef0674f6b55 allows remote attackers to read job data. The GET /jobs/{id} handler selects and returns a job record solely from the client-supplied, predictable id without checking authentication, ownership, or access permissions. No credentials or user interaction are required; enumerating identifiers exposes job titles, descriptions, companies, salaries, and other returned fields.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
