Unauthenticated traffic-policy manipulation via unprotected NEF routes

Missing authorization in free5GC NEF before 4.2.2 allows remote attackers to alter traffic-influence subscriptions over the SBI. NEF mounts the traffic-influence route group without inbound OAuth2 enforcement and dispatches missing or forged bearer tokens to CRUD handlers. Remote attackers who can reach the SBI can read, create, modify, or delete traffic-steering policy, including any-UE subscriptions, even when ServiceList omits the route group.
