Missing authorization in free5GC before 4.2.2 allows remote attackers to read, create, and delete NEF PFD state through the SBI API. The NEF server mounts the 3gpp-pfd-management route group without inbound OAuth2 middleware, so its handlers accept fabricated bearer tokens. SBI network reachability is the only gate, and ServiceList omission does not disable the route; successful requests expose, poison, or remove policy state.
