Administrator escalation via unescaped LDAP filters

LDAP injection in Netflix Lemur before 1.9.0 allows remote authenticated users to gain administrator privileges through the login username. The _bind() method in lemur/auth/ldap.py interpolates the username into a user lookup filter without escaping LDAP metacharacters, then builds a group query from the tainted result. Exploitation requires valid LDAP credentials and LDAP authentication with Active Directory group lookup enabled; successful injection exposes certificates, private keys, CA configuration, and certificate issuance.
