Client crash via negative DataRow field length

Input validation failure in pgproto3 v2.0.0 through 2.3.3 allows remote attackers controlling a PostgreSQL server to crash clients. DataRow.Decode uses a signed field length as a slice endpoint after a comparison that negative values bypass, causing a slice-bounds panic. Exploitation requires control of a server selected by the client; the result is process termination without reported data disclosure or modification.
