Authenticated service disruption via unbounded cluster allocations

Uncontrolled resource consumption in Wazuh Manager 3.9.0 through 4.14.4 and 5.0.0-beta1 allows remote authenticated users to disrupt services. The receive_str() method trusts a peer-supplied total when allocating InBuffer, while div_msg_box retains unfinished fragments without size, count, or expiry limits. Access requires the cluster Fernet key from a worker node, and exhaustion on the master interrupts agent connectivity and alert processing.
