Manager service crash via short decompressed message

Integer underflow in Wazuh Manager 3.0.0 through 4.14.4 allows remote authenticated users to crash wazuh-remoted via a crafted agent message. ReadSecMSG unconditionally advances 53 bytes after decompression and subtracts that offset from an unchecked unsigned final_size, causing wraparound. A crafted message from any enrolled agent forces a fatal allocation failure that disconnects all agents; the alternate HC_REQUEST path exposes heap corruption, but code execution is unproven.
