Stored XSS via unsanitized property rendering
Published May 12, 2026 · Updated May 12, 2026
Stored XSS in Kyverno Policy Reporter UI before 2.5.2 allows attackers to run script through crafted PolicyReport properties. PropertyCard.vue sends non-HTTP(S) values from .results[].properties to Vue's v-html directive without sanitization or escaping. Exploitation requires PolicyReport write access and an authenticated UI user to expand the affected result, exposing that user's browser data and actions.
