Authenticated SQL injection via unquoted ORDER BY
Published May 29, 2026 · Updated May 29, 2026
SQL injection in FreePBX CDR Reports 16 before 16.0.50 and 17 before 17.0.11 allows remote authenticated users to read database data. The module interpolates the order and sort POST parameters into unquoted ORDER BY clauses after escapeSimple() escapes only single quotes. An Administration Control Panel account with CDR section access is required, but full administrator privileges are not; exploitation exposes database data.
