Submission deletion via unscoped identifier lookup

Authorization bypass in Wagtail before 7.0.7 and 7.1 through 7.3.1 allows remote authenticated users to delete unrelated form submissions. DeleteSubmissionsView reads attacker-supplied selected-submissions identifiers and queries the submission model globally instead of restricting results to the form page named in the request. Access to the Wagtail admin and permission for one form page are required; successful exploitation permanently deletes submissions belonging to other form pages.
