Root kernel launch via whitespace-padded UID values

Improper input validation in Jupyter Enterprise Gateway 2.0.0rc1 and later before 3.3.0 allows remote attackers to launch kernels as root. ContainerProcessProxy._enforce_prohibited_ids compares the raw KERNEL_UID or KERNEL_GID string against prohibited values before a Kubernetes template parses the value as an integer, so trailing whitespace bypasses the check. Access to the kernel-creation API reaches the flaw; escaping the kernel container further requires a writable hostPath mount or another host-access path.
