Routine-definition disclosure via role-derived EXECUTE access
Published Jun 12, 2026 · Updated Jun 12, 2026
Incorrect authorization in affected MariaDB Server releases allows remote authenticated users to read stored routine definitions. After a user activates a role with EXECUTE access, SHOW CREATE PROCEDURE returns the routine body without enforcing SHOW CREATE ROUTINE. Exploitation requires database access and a role granted EXECUTE on the target routine; it discloses routine source but does not alter data or service availability.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
