SSRF via unchecked dynamic endpoint hostname

SSRF in Fluentd out_http before 1.19.3 allows remote attackers to send requests to internal services through a crafted log tag. The parse_endpoint method expands placeholders in endpoint and accepts the resulting URI without verifying its hostname against an allowlist. Exploitation requires an out_http endpoint whose hostname contains a placeholder derived from untrusted input; requests use only POST or PUT.
