Unauthenticated administrative access via default credentials

Use of default credentials in Tyler Technologies Tyler Identity Local allows remote attackers to gain administrative access. The identity provider uses a documented administrative credential and does not require its replacement before deployment. Any network-reachable deployment retaining that credential exposes administrative functions without a unique secret, enabling compromise of the protected identity service.
