Unauthenticated code execution via Perl eval injection

Eval injection in the new GINA UI of SEPPmail Secure Email Gateway before 15.0.2.1 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code. The get_template handler for /api.app/template passes the attacker-controlled upldd parameter directly to Perl eval without sanitization or validation. The endpoint lacks an authentication check, but GINA V2 requires explicit administrator activation; successful requests execute with the web process's appliance privileges.
