SSRF via unvalidated QQBot direct-upload URLs

SSRF in OpenClaw before 2026.4.20 allows remote attackers to relay unintended requests through QQBot direct media uploads. The uploadC2CMedia and uploadGroupMedia paths copied an attacker-controlled URL into QQBot's direct-upload request without the hostname policy used by local downloads. The flaw is reachable only when QQBot outbound media handling is configured, and its documented impact is request relaying without arbitrary local-file exposure.
