Room command authorization bypass via DM pairing store

Authorization bypass in OpenClaw before 2026.4.15 allows remote authenticated users to run Matrix room control commands. The Matrix room message handler passed sender IDs from the DM pairing store into the effective room allowlist, crossing the DM-to-room authorization boundary. A sender must already be DM-paired and able to post in the target bot room; command and tool policies bound the resulting privileged behavior.
