CVE-2026-44100Network attack vector

Unauthenticated reconfiguration via JupiCore REST API

Published Jul 30, 2026 · Updated Jul 30, 2026

Missing authentication in Phoenix Contact CHARX SEC-3xxx firmware before 1.9.1 allows remote attackers to reconfigure charging points. The charx-jupicore REST API listens on TCP port 5555 by default and grants configuration access without authenticating requests. Network reachability is sufficient; changes can disclose charging-point UIDs, tamper with files, or interrupt charging service.
