Incorrect AFP error mapping via ORed errno comparison

Incorrect calculation in Netatalk 2.1.0 through 4.4.2 allows remote attackers to receive wrong AFP error mappings. In the ACL-setting path, the code compares errno with the combined value EACCES | EPERM instead of testing each permission error separately, so either individual error falls through to AFPERR_MISC rather than AFPERR_ACCESS. Remote access to an ACL-capable AFP share is required; the CNA reports minor disruption, while Netatalk classifies the defect as a correctness issue without meaningful independent security impact.
